15 September 2021- Seri Iskandar Campus Administration Office has organized a briefing session with VK7 and DM54 virtually using Google Meet application beginning at 8.30 a.m and ended at 12.00 p.m. Promotion refers to advancing an employee’s rank or position in a hierarchical structure.

The purpose of of the virtual discussion was focusing on grooming potential candidate to be future leaders at higher grade DM54 and VK7. This is in line with the campuses quality objective to increase number of Professor and Associate Professor in the organisation.

The Tips do’s and don’t’s was elaborate by the invited speaker, Professor Dato’ Dr. Abu Bakar Abdul Majeed while three (3) panelists among Associate Professors shared experience and preparations that need to be made before and during the interview. Participants were senior lectures who have applied for promotion and are waiting for an interview or who did not go through the interview session.
