Geraneem, a name derived from geranium and neem, reflects the soap’s unique blend of natural ingredients that not only cleanse but also nourish the skin. The product, showcased at Setia Fontaines, Kepala Batas, Pulau Pinang in November 2023 by a group of researchers of Faculty of Health Sciences from UiTM Penang, Bertam Campus, drew attention for its commitment to eco-friendly practices.
This soap is more than just a cleansing agent; it’s a testament to the growing awareness of environmentally friendly alternatives. The researchers of Geraneem have painstakingly curated a formula that not only elevates the bathing experience but also has been proven to have antibacterial properties. The visionary minds steering the development of this groundbreaking soap are Syarifah Masyitah Habib Dzulkarnain, Nurhidayah Sabri, Nor Raihan Mohammad Shabani, Nurhidayah Ab Rahim, Tengku Nilam Baizura Tengku Ibrahim and Siti Nurshahida Nazli.
