Collaborating with Air Selangor, “Water Talks – Joy in Every Drop” was a riveting event held on 15th December 2023, from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm, specifically designed for students enrolled in the Water and Wastewater Engineering (ECW567) subject together with the involvement from the lecturer; Ir Ts Azinoor Azida Abu Bakar, Associate Prof Ts Jurina Jaafar, Associate Prof Ir Nur Asmaliza Mohd Noor and Ts Dr Nurul Fariha Lokman. The stage was set with an invigorating opening by Puan Zalina Mat who representing Air Selangor and Ts Dr. Nurul Fariha Lokman who representing PKA UiTM.

The session featured captivating talks by industry expert En Mohd Fauzan bin Mohd Hardi, who diving deep into the details of Water Treatment Plants and Processes. Their insights were complemented by the invaluable assistance of En Shoffian Amin bin Jaafa, En Muhammad Zaid Zahri, and En Mohammad Shukri b Kamarudin. This vibrant sharing session wasn’t just a meeting but a flourishing platform where professionals exchanged not just knowledge but experiences and innovative ideas in water treatment which become valuable input for the students. Students had the exciting opportunity to win diverse prizes by actively participating in allocated quizzes.
