Shah Alam,13 May 2025 – A delegation from Walailak University, Thailand, visited the Faculty of Administration Science and Policy Studies (FSPPP), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam on 5th May 2025, to explore potential collaborations for internationalisation involving academic programmes, lecturers, and students.
The delegation was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Rachadatip Uppathampracha, Assistant Dean for International Affairs, along with Dr. Anusorn Chaiaksornwet, the Head of the Department of International Relations, and Mr. Abdulroya Panaemalae. The delegation was warmly welcomed by the Dean of FSPPP, Assoc. Prof. Dr Nor Hafizah Mohamed Harith, at the faculty.
The discussion focused on exploring opportunities for strategic collaborations involving academics and student programs, exchanging ideas and strengthening the institutional relationship between FSPPP and Walailak University. Both parties expressed their enthusiasm for future collaborations that could benefit both institutions.
The session established a platform for engagement in a casual environment, effectively enhancing connections and solidifying relationships between FSPPP UiTM and Walailak University. This engagement initiates a starting point for broader international collaborations and reflects the faculty’s commitment to supporting UiTM’s vision of becoming a globally renowned university.
