Shah Alam, 7th June 2023 – The College of Engineering at UiTM Shah Alam was pleased to announce a recently discussion on the implementation of the Task Force activities for the Mentor-Mentee Career Advancement Program. Esteemed individuals, including the Assistant Vice Chancellor, Prof Hamidah Mohd Saman, Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Nasir Taib (Chairman of the Science & Technology Cluster Committee), and Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Hj. Solehuddin Shuib (Dean of Academic and International Affairs) were invited to participate as speakers in this event.

The Task Force aimed to provide guidance and support to lecturers in their career development. This program was conducted entirely online, using the Google Meet platform.
The College of Engineering recognized the significance of providing lecturers with valuable exposure and mentoring opportunities. By facilitating this Task Force discussion, UiTM Shah Alam aimed to strengthen the career development support system and ensure lecturers were well-prepared for the professional world.

Participants were encouraged to actively engage in the discussion, sharing their perspectives and suggestions for enhancing the Mentor-Mentee Program’s effectiveness. The College of Engineering anticipated that this dialogue would foster innovative ideas and strategies among staff members.
