Collaborative Promotional Efforts by APB Lecturers and Students to School Students

In a collaborative endeavour to foster interest in the Arabic language, instructors and students from Akademi Pengajian Bahasa recently initiated a promotional campaign across ten schools in Peninsular Malaysia. This programme aims to attract potential students to enroll in the LG242 Programme at UiTM following the announcement of the Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) results on March 26, 2024.

Through school visits and direct engagement with students, the team ignites interest and enthusiasm for the Arabic Language for Professional Communication Programme (LG242) at UiTM, renowned for its comprehensive curriculum and esteemed faculty. The LG242 Programme, advocated by devoted enthusiasts of the Arabic language, aimed to underscore the importance and pertinence of Arabic language proficiency in today’s interconnected society. 

Throughout the campaign, educators and students imparted insights into the rich cultural heritage, linguistic intricacies, and practical applications of Arabic language skills. Interactive sessions, workshops, and demonstrations were orchestrated to offer a glimpse into the immersive learning experience awaiting prospective students at UiTM.

The collaborative endeavor between instructors and students epitomizes the commitment of the Akademi Pengajian Bahasa in nurturing the passion for languages and advancing academic excellence. Through such initiatives, the institution persists in its mission of empowering students to become global citizens equipped with invaluable language proficiency and cultural understanding.

As the campaign drew to a close, the Akademi Pengajian Bahasa expressed optimism regarding the impact of their endeavours in cultivating interest and participation in the LG242 undergraduate programme.
