On October 28, 2021, a pocket meeting titled Future UiTM is held at the Chancellery office, involving a group of staff members including professors, senior lecturers, administrative staff, and experts from various fields such as research, language, visual, event and PR, communication, curation, technology, strategy, and governance.

From 6 p.m. until 11 p.m., the event was organised by the Vice-Chancellor’s Office. Before presenting their findings to the entire gathering, the taskforce held a group brainstorming session.
