KERALA, INDIA, March 13, 2025 – Twelve students from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) participated in the Unicorn Scholar Programme (USP) 2.0 International Industry Visit to Rajadhani Business School (RBS), Kerala, India, from February 24 to 27, 2025.
The students, representing diverse academic backgrounds and UiTM campuses, took part in the Global Scholars International Edition 2025, organized by RBS. The program featured events such as the Futurepreneurs Summit 2025, Think Tank 2025, Rajadhani Model United Nations (RMUN), and Venturize: International Business Presentation Conference.
This international visit, the third phase of USP 2.0, provided UiTM students with exposure to India’s dynamic business ecosystem.
“The students gained valuable insights into unique business models and the country’s economic landscape, which they can apply to their entrepreneurial pursuits,” said a UiTM spokesperson.
A highlight of the program was the Think Tank 2025 competition, where UiTM students partnered with RBS participants to develop and present innovative business ideas.
Muhammad Fakhrullah bin Ahmad Subki (UiTM Arau Campus) and his team won first place, receiving 15,000 Rupees (RM760), while Ezwan Al Hadi bin Muhamad Faizal (UiTM Puncak Alam Campus) and his team secured third place, earning 5,000 Rupees (RM250).
UiTM students also participated in RMUN, enhancing their understanding of global diplomacy and strengthening their leadership and negotiation skills.
“This experience enriched their understanding of global socio-economic challenges and the importance of cross-cultural understanding,” the spokesperson added.
The industry visit fostered long-term collaborations between UiTM and RBS, opening opportunities for student exchanges, industrial training, and cross-border entrepreneurial initiatives.
“This program equips UiTM students with the skills and global perspective needed to thrive in international business and entrepreneurship,” concluded the spokesperson.
