A team of four-member delegation from Beijing Wuzi University, China, visited UiTM Sarawak on 30 May 2019. They were Professor He Mingke, Vice President of Beijing Wuzi University; Professor Professor Yuan Lingling, Vice Dean of School of Economics; Professor Li Yan, Vice Director of Office of Research Affairs; and Professor Wu Changjun, Vice Dean of School of Law.
Deputy Rectors Associate Professor Dr Firdaus Abdullah, Associate Professor Dr Abang Zainoren, Professor Dr Voon Boo Ho and a few more members were also present to welcome them. Beijing Wuzi University is the first university in China to set up the specialties of Futures, Logistics Management and Purchasing Management.
The University consists of six (6) schools: School of Economics, School of Logistics, School of Informatics, School of Business, School of Labor Relations and Human Resources, Department of Foreign Language, School of Labor Science and Law, School of Foreign Languages and Culture.
The meeting was a fruitful one where discussions concentrated on potential future collaboration in the area of staff mobility, student mobility, research & publications and consultancy projects. We look forward to fruitful and successful bi-lateral relationship with Beijing Wuzi University.
