Global Mobility of Akademi Pengajian Bahasa Students To Foreign Universities

This semester, 3 students of Akademi Pengajian Bahasa (APB), form LG240 English for Professional Communication course, went to Jakarta, to study at University of Ahmad Dahlan, Yogyakarta, Indonesia from 24 Feb to 28 July 2019.

The students, Nurul Solehah Husaini, Nur Shahira Kamarudin and Dinie Nurdiana Baharum, have been funded by the Asian International Mobility for Students (AIMS) program.

While another LG240 student, Nursyuhada binti Abdul Halim traveled to South Korea for a one-semester course at Kangwon National University, Chuncheon, South Korea. She has been sponsored by Dana Kecemerlangan Pelajar.

Not only to Asian countries, but APB also sent 3 Asian and European Language students to France to participate in the 3rd Cultural Exchange Program at Universite De Savoie Mont Blanc.

Ariesya Abdullah Sani (LG240), Muhammad Wafiuddin Omar Mohammad Rosland (LW224) and Muhammad Abid AflafSabarudin (AP225) were  in France from 2-10 March 2019 to complete the program and participated in various international events.

The mobility of APB students is in accordance with the strategic planning outlined by the Dean of the Academy of Language Studies, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Haji Ahmad Mazli Bin Muhammad, to bring APB internationally by consolidating the global mobility between APB and world-renowned universities.
