Faculty of Pharmacy will be hosting a webinar by renowned speaker, Prof Geoffrey A. Cordell, an esteemed expert in the field of Pharmacognosy. Prof Cordell will be giving a lecture on “Contemporary Pharmacognosy in Society – Now and for the Future” followed by a question and answer session.

His talk will delve into health care applications, as well as touching on other issues where research and the analysis of bioactive natural products is important.

This will be a good opportunity for academic staff, researchers, graduate and undergraduate students alike, who have interest in herbal or traditional plant research to interact and get updates on the future of pharmacognosy.
