11th International Conference on University Learning and Teaching
(InCULT 2023)

Dear YBhg. Prof. Emeritus/Dato’/Datuk/Datin/Prof./Assoc. Prof./Dr./Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 11th International Conference on University Learning and Teaching (InCULT 2023). This conference is a two-day international event organized between 18-19th October 2023 at Mardhiyyah Hotel and Suites, Shah Alam, Malaysia. InCULT 2023 will take place as a hybrid conference.

With *Connecting Cultures, Advancing Technology in Education* as its main theme, InCULT 2023 also aims to explore relevant key issues that will cover the following areas:

-*Technology-Based Education*
-*Globalisation and Smart Partnership*
-*Instruction and Assessment*
