The Institute of Graduate Studies (IGS) which also known as IPSis celebrated its 25th years Jubilee anniversary at Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC) on Saturday, 22nd of October 2022.

Institute of Graduate Studies was established in April 1997 and embarked with six (6) postgraduate programmes. After 25 years of inception, to date more than two hundreds (200) postgraduate programmes are available to be offered.

The Silver Jubilee Dinner ceremony was officiated by beloved Professor Datuk Ts. Dr Hajah Roziah Mohd Janor, Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Around 500 guests attended the remarkable and memorable event, constituting of UiTM management members, ambassador and their representative from several countries (China, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Brunei, Japan and Saudi Arabia), all former deans and staff of IGS/IPSis, faculties, recruitment agencies and UiTM staff.

The journey of Institute Graduate Studies throughout these 25 years is immortalized in the 25th Silver Jubilee of The Institute of Graduate Studies coffee table book which was launched by the Vice Chancellor during the dinner. She also launched a book titled “Aspirasi Menjadi Realiti: Graduate on Time” which is an inspirational book that compiles the sweet and bitter experiences of graduate students who successfully graduated on time.

All guests were also presented by UiTM corporate video and 25th Anniversary montage. Throughout the dinner, guests enjoyed the music performance by Sentuhan Buskers, and the event was adjourned at 10.30 pm.
