UiTM Pahang Staff Embark on Sustainability and Leadership Journey at Program Kemampanan Adiwangsa

MARAN, PAHANG — Nearly 80 academic and non-academic staff from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Pahang—representing both Kampus Jengka and Kampus Raub—came together from 8 to 10 September 2025 for the Program Kemampanan Adiwangsa UiTM, held at Pusat Latihan Kenegaraan Maran. The three-day initiative aimed to cultivate sustainability, leadership, and unity among staff members.

The program’s objectives aligned with the principles of Malaysia MADANI, focusing on instilling values of patriotism, resilience, and environmental stewardship. It also served as a platform to strengthen professional growth, leadership capabilities, and collaboration across UiTM Pahang’s diverse workforce. Participants engaged in a variety of immersive activities designed to challenge and inspire. One of the highlights was the early morning jungle trekking expedition through verdant trails leading to Taman Rekreasi Che Minah Sayang, ending at a crystal-clear river stream that offered a refreshing conclusion to the hike.

Another standout event was the night explorace, which tested teams on their knowledge of Malaysian history and culture. Participants tackled quizzes and tasks centered on the Jata Negara, key articles of the Federal Constitution, and significant historical milestones—blending education, teamwork, and national pride in a spirited competition. Complementing the physical and intellectual challenges were motivational talks, team-building sessions, and patriotic segments featuring the Jalur Gemilang, all reinforcing the program’s themes of unity and resilience.

Overall, Program Kemampanan Adiwangsa UiTM achieved its intended goals by empowering UiTM Pahang staff with renewed energy, unity, and dedication. This initiative reflects UiTM’s ongoing commitment to fostering a strong national identity and nurturing a dynamic, future-ready academic community.
